Me experience throughout the process exceeded my expectation this being the first time using Lucky’s Auto. I called after checking their website to see if I could manage to coordinate a visit to my daughter in Bellingham Washington and … More repairs being done to her Suburu. The Service advisor Deanna was amazing throughout the process and was able to fit me in. It was great that she allowed us the convenience of a loaner car. The technician worked in concert with her to keep me apprised of ongoing findings and the outcome was as stated and 100% accurate. The cost was fair and the repairs were expeditiously performed. Minimum down time. Communication was excellent as I was informed of any repair cost changes unexpected findings or delays. I would highly recommend this business for your automobile repair needs and would also like to commend the owner, the Service advisor, Dina and Nolan the technician for their service!!! Thanks for all the hard work.
